Insight by Volue has appointed Haakon Reiersen Leknes as its new Head of Customer Success.
Haakon brings extensive experience in the power market, having previously worked at Montel, Nord Pool, and Alpiq. His appointment coincides with several strategic initiatives, including Insight2Zero, which focuses on short-term markets and AI, as well as Insight by Volue’s newly developed in-house power market simulator designed for the renewable energy system.
As Head of Customer Success, Haakon will ensure that Insight by Volue’s products deliver maximum value while helping customers stay ahead of market changes and seize emerging opportunities.
