Enerim Wholesale Markets is now Volue

From 30 June 2023, Enerim Wholesale Markets is a part of Volue.

As communicated in May, Enerim divests its Wholesale Markets business division to Volue, a market leader in technologies and services that enable its customers to succeed in the energy transition, headquartered in Oslo, Norway. The transaction was finalised on 30 June 2023.

What does this mean for me as a customer?

The transaction will not impact current services as existing contracts and terms will transfer as is. All current operations using Enerim tools and systems will continue without interruptions. 63 former Enerim employees has been transferred to Volue, meaning that you will keep your existing contact person.

Volue will continue to develop the Enerim Wholesale Markets business and serve you as a customer going forward under the Volue brand.

From 1 July 2023, there will be changes to the invoices issued by the former Enerim Wholesale Markets:
